Growing up in the business, Brandon Younger learned these lessons firsthand. From an early age, he was immersed in every facet of dealership operations, guided by his father's philosophy that customer satisfaction is not a department it is a responsibility shared by everyone. Ted taught Brandon the importance of listening, building lasting relationships, and treating customers like family. These values became the foundation of Brandon's leadership style and vision.

In 1988, Brandon officially joined the company when the business employed just 18 people. Honoring the principles his father instilled while embracing thoughtful growth, Brandon helped change the direction and trajectory of the organization. Under his leadership, the company expanded to include three additional stores and added the Nissan, Mitsubishi and Volvo franchises-growth achieved without ever losing sight of the family-oriented culture that defined the business from the beginning. Evidence is in the proof and the Younger Auto Group through its franchises has won over 47 times customer satisfaction awards from all its manufacturers like Toyota's Presidents Award and Mercedes-Benz's Best of the Best.
